Neuroswing Program

Stroke program for the stiff and tight tennis player

The majority of the Tennis Players spend their time chasing tennis balls that go soaring over the fence and bounce onto neighboring courts due to their out-of-control “power swinging."

The NeuroSwing Program is a training program based on the concept that swinging a tennis racket is a fluid circular movement.

We train with our equipment, the body, to work in all three plane of motion. Our specific resistant exercises the loads come in different angles, with unilateral and bilateral capabilities with the capability of increasing intensity respecting the overloading principle to produce better human performance and standing in both feet .

We train this pattern with a series of exercises to improve the sequence of the tennis stroke to increase the range of motion, strength, flexibility, rhythm, and coordination of the player when attempting to produce an efficient tenis stroke.

How we are design to play sports and move the body efficient for high level coordinated rotational skills.
